Kevin Dowell principal
AIA, LEED® AP, Green Advantage Certified
A graduate of Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science, Kevin is a registered architect in Pennsylvania and New Jersey with 11 years of experience with a wide range of commercial projects including extensive experience with new and renovated office buildings, auto showrooms/service centers and tenant space planning. He is LEED Accredited Professional by the GBCI and is active with the Delaware Valley Green Building Council as a member of the Education and Programs Committee as well as an instructor for the LEED study groups that the DVGBC offers.
Kristin Dowell director of design
A graduate of Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science, Kristin began her career in residential design. This background helped her transition to the commercial sector where she spent the majority of her first years designing and staging assisted living facilities. This experience segued into other types of healthcare facilities, and over the last decade she has expanded her work to include educational, corporate, industrial, restaurant and hospitality, retail, automotive, and government projects.
Alan Jalon project architect
LEED® AP, Green Advantage Certified
Alan is currently seeking his Masters of Science in Sustainable Design at Philadelphia University from where is also holds a Bachelors of Architecture and is currently an adjunct professor for the School of Architecture. As part of his studies, he has won 1st prize nationally in the Isover Passive Office Building Competition and 3rd place in the Hayworth Furniture Chair Design Competition both in 2009. Professionally, Alan has worked on various commercial and institutional projects with a focus on historical restoration and preservation, including extensive work in the restoration of the North and South Cliffside paths of the Fairmount Water Works, a national historic landmark.
